History: O’Sullivan’s began in 1969 as an “out of the trunk” plate glass cleaning service. It has grown over the years to become a provider of both cleaning services and cleaning supplies.
Customer Base: There are currently more than 1500 commercial and 800 residential customers enjoying the services of O’Sullivan’s ( a fully insured and bonded company). Accounts are serviced in Anderson SC, Greenville SC, Columbia SC, Hilton Head SC, Spartanburg SC and many locations between.

Services Offered: O’Sullivan’s services the Hospital and Health Care industries as well as industry as a whole. General contract cleaning. Carpet and tile floor care with highly trained and certified associates (IICRC certified). Pressure washing, and window cleaning. Flood Water damage, odor control, mold and mildew restoration (IICRC certified).These services are offered on call 24 hours a day. Location: O’Sullivan’s is headquartered in a new facility in Spartanburg, South Carolina with an additional location in Hilton Head, SC
Associates: New associates are being added as business conditions dictate. Associate training includes safe working guidelines, general cleaning techniques, training on new equipment, and various other areas. Specialized training is offered to those associates providing services to the Hospital, Health Care, and Doctor’s Office areas. This training includes areas such as HIPPA, blood borne pathogens, sterile cleaning, and nightly Operating Room cleaning and sterilization.
Management Team: Led by Larry O’Sullivan and Eric O’Sullivan, the team is committed to providing their customers with products and services necessary for operating a business in today’s environment. Management’s vision includes research into machinery and cleaning techniques to provide the services to keep the customer both healthy and happy. As new machinery and cleaning supplies are acquired there is an on-going effort to train associates in effective use of the new technology.
